DEGEN FOREST, DAO LLC NON-CUSTODIAL WALLET TERMS OF SERVICE

 
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the non-custodial wallet (the "Wallet") provided by Degen Forest, DAO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Wallet.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Wallet. By using the Wallet, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old.

Services
The Wallet enables you to manage, view, sell, and swap your digital assets on various EVM-compatible blockchains. You can also stake, yield farm, and lend within the application.

Fees
During our initial beta period, we will not charge a fee for transactions. Once the Wallet is publicly released, a transaction fee of 0.369% will be applied.

Security and Responsibility
You understand and agree that we do not have access to your private keys. If you lose access to your private keys, we cannot help you recover them. You are solely responsible for keeping your private keys and any recovery phrases secure.

No Insurance
We do not offer any kind of insurance or coverage for potential losses due to bugs, exploits, or other security issues with the Wallet software. Use the Wallet at your own risk.

No Dispute Resolution
Transactions made using the Wallet are irreversible. There is no dispute resolution mechanism in place.

Personal Data
We collect metadata and publicly available blockchain data to optimize our systems, services, and user experience. We do not collect personal data.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by email and via official announcements on our Twitter account (@0xDegenForest).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Wallet will be governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming.
